Conflict: Sol v0.4.0 is now available!

Conflict: Sol pre-release version 0.4.0 is now available!

This version contains the following bug fixes, new features, and changes from v0.3.0:

• Mission briefings for Martian and Saturnian Level 2 have been updated.
• Mining Station background has been added for Martian Level 2.
• Added new launcher carrier for Terran and increase the size of Martian and Saturnian carriers.
• Updated and added Terran Levels 4-6.
• Fix bug with Terran Level 1 boss where turret locking sound kept playing even after all missile launchers were destroyed.
