Conflict: Sol pre-release version 0.9.0 is now available!

This version contains the following bug fixes, new features, and changes from v0.8.9:

• Added new victory music for completing a faction campaign.
• Increased SFX volume for enemy torpedoes.
• Martian and Saturnian Level 4 is now playable.
• Updated certain events in Terran Levels 1 and 4.
• Fixed issues in Briefing Screen where certain images are not added or removed when going straight to the alert sequence.
