Conflict: Sol pre-release version 0.8.3 is now available!

This version contains the following bug fixes, new features, and changes from v0.8.2:

• The briefing maps for Terran, Martian, and Saturnian Level 3 have been populated.
• Fixed an issue where the initial brackets surrounding objectives in the Briefing Screen do not disappear when the larger circle brackets appear during the alert message.
• Fixed the sizing of the background panel when the Google Play buttons are visible on the Score Screen.
